Part-Time   London

LegalinX are looking for a Part-Time Court Clerk with a keen eye for detail and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. You will be responsible for managing and completing orders off multiple work queues, as well as any other ad hoc administrative and research tasks as required.

To be successful, you will need to have a demonstrated experience in working within a strict timeframe. You should also have excellent computer, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

  • Conduct large volume of court petition searches using LegalinX in-house software
  • Creating, saving and storing documents in accordance with best practice
  • Working at certain times at the Companies Court and liaising with court staff to check on petition hearing dates and to research other information where required
  • Attending Foreign & Commonwealth Office or any other public offices to have documents notarised as requested by clients
  • Assist head office in Cardiff with any queries or tasks as necessary
  • Day-to-day administrative tasks including mail handling and order invoicing

Responsibilities and Duties:

Your main responsibilities will include;

  • Lead the Department
  • To work cohesively with the head of Company Secretarial
  • Development of the Department and associated systems and procedures
  • Ensure the department Is compliant with AML procedures and requirements
  • Be KYC Compliant
  • To execute the formation of a range of UK company types
  • Respond in a timely and accurate manner to all formation/cosec queries
  • The preparation of information products for the Company Formation Department
  • Ensure that reports are produced in accordance with the exact requirements of the client and also meet their timescales
  • Be proactive in the timely production, completion and dispatch of other work as required
  • To provide relevant and appropriate telephone support to customers by supporting the National Client Care Centre (NCCC)
  • To undertake general office duties as required

Specific responsibilities will include;

This role is primary responsibility for the coordination and implementation of legal search products with our clients, with the main goal of providing an excellent customer experience, demonstrating an ease for processing business goals. The coordinator will execute the implementation of the onboarding processes for all legal search products, ensuring the client’s experiences are a positive and efficient in bringing new companies onboard to our new platform.   • Primary responsibility for product implementation process, post-sale, initiation, and post-sale client support
  • Act as the bridge between the Client and the Business
